Adrian BoydNew Zealand Five Star CoachAlthough winning is important, and I have had many winning seasons, I feel the true “highlights” of my coaching career are the personal victories I have helped my players to achieve. Whether it is demonstrating the importance of teamwork and how it relates to life after high school athletics. How even when the odds are stacked against you, through hard work and determination, one can become a success both on and off the court, I have always led by example
